After receiving my grillz, I was very happy with the final product — the fitment and cut were great, and they turned out exactly as I had hoped. Despite some technical difficulties during the waiting period, I can say that once those issues were resolved, the grillz were completed in a reasonable amount of time. Moving forward, I think it would be a great improvement if the business implemented an automated text or email update system to keep customers informed about the production process. I would like to preface this review by stating that it is solely based on customer service after placing my initial order in person. On Saturday, September 20th, 2025, I placed an order for a pair of grillz at this establishment, and the workers were very accommodating and helpful throughout the process. I have no issues with any of the in-person service I received that day.
