Very friendly staff, Wonderful experience.
Absolutely the worst experience ever. My mother is the patient at this office. They don’t answer phone calls, they don’t return calls. I drove to the office to speak to someone out of desperation because my mother was in so much pain. I was told no they could not see her they only had open visits for illnesses that could be addressed in 15 minutes ONLY. I had to call a squad twice to be seen at the ER because they had no open visit times. I was told at the ER we will give you a 3 day supply of medicine then follow up with yo... read more
New staff is very rude and unprofessional! Took my friend in with a possible broken toe, tried calling three times to make appointment no one answered the phone. So, went down to office. Aaron Murfin had no appointments until 9:40 we were there at 9:00 a.m. we're turned away because we had no appointment. Go figure...guess he didn't want to work that day or provide patient care..
