I called to set up a new appointment/consultation for botox for TMJ. The office would not disclose how much they charged per unit of botox until you came in and had an $134 evaluation. They also said this $134 was not eligible to be put towards your treatment/botox, even if you had the treatment the same day of the evaluation/consultation. I am very happy with Baltimore Dental Company. They are very professional and very precise explaining their findings . The entire office personnel are friendly and knowledgeable.
Update: My original review was for Dr. Toth’s practice. Unfortunately, I am no longer can give it a 5 . I am no longer a patient of Leah Romay’s practice due to significant miscommunication regarding billing, which ended up costing me. While the medical care itself was fine, the administrative experience was frustrating and left me feeling disappointed. This office was very shifty and not transparent at all about costs and fees. They led my wife to believe that they accepted our insurance, when in fact, they do not accept ANY insurance - I am not sure why this was not something that was clearly communicated before or during her visit (or when she called prior to the visit and asked them directly).
