Top notch team from front desk to hygenists. And ofcourse Dr. Romay. Clean modern bright office. Staff is happy, you can tell. Dr Romay has a gentle manner and easy going. Hygenist are great and mix in health and dental advice within the conversation.
Everyone at Baltimore Dental Co. was courteous and very professional. They made sure that i was comfortable with the procedure and explained as they worked. I liked that the staff was all female, and it seemed the techs were cross-trained and could fill in for one another if necessary. Just had my first visit to this dental practice and couldn’t be more impressed. The team took excellent care of me and my family—thorough, professional, and clearly skilled at what they do. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist was courteous, efficient, and made the whole experience feel easy. You can tell they take pride in their work, their space and genuinely care about their patients. This is the kind of place you stick with. Highly recommended.
Entire staff is amazing! My husband and I both visit here. I’ve been going through an implant process and the entire treatment has been easy and pain free. They take very good care of you. I highly enjoy my cleanings, my teeth always feel so great after. Both Dr. Romay and Dr. Cross focus on holistic approaches to treat the root issue, recommending tips on diet and lifestyle. They really care about your overall health and how it connects to your teeth. Highly recommend this dental practice to all my family and friends.
In a way I can say I got my life back thanks to Dr. Romay. I’ve had bruxism since I was a teenager which slowly worsened with time. In my case I grind my teeth only when sleeping and by worsened I mean I was grinding them together with more and more pressure as time passed.
