Everyone at Baltimore Dental Co. was courteous and very professional. They made sure that i was comfortable with the procedure and explained as they worked. I liked that the staff was all female, and it seemed the techs were cross-trained and could fill in for one another if necessary. As far as dental offices go, my experience was pleasant compared to my previous dentist. I would recommend this practice 10/10 times. Rhonda K
Top notch team from front desk to hygenists. And ofcourse Dr. Romay. Clean modern bright office. Staff is happy, you can tell. Dr Romay has a gentle manner and easy going. Hygenist are great and mix in health and dental advice within the conversation.
In a way I can say I got my life back thanks to Dr. Romay. I’ve had bruxism since I was a teenager which slowly worsened with time. In my case I grind my teeth only when sleeping and by worsened I mean I was grinding them together with more and more pressure as time passed. Just had my first visit to this dental practice and couldn’t be more impressed. The team took excellent care of me and my family—thorough, professional, and clearly skilled at what they do. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist was courteous, efficient, and made the whole experience feel easy. You can tell they take pride in their work, their space and genuinely care about their patients. This is the kind of place you stick with. Highly recommended.
I have been coming here for 3-4 years now and I love everyone here. Dr. Romay is amazing, the hygienists are amazing, the front desk girls are amazing!!! However I did come here to specifically brag about Dr. cross, a newer Dr in the building I believe. I took my daughter here yesterday for a filling, she is only 8. She’s had a filling before so of course shes aware of the process and was reasonably nervous/upset…when I say Dr. cross went above and beyond what a normal Dr does to make my daughter feel seen/heard/comfortable…... read more
