Dr. Charlie Ward and his entire team do an outstanding job serving their clients’ needs. This has been the case since the first day I was introduced to him, but a recent interaction reminded me what a tremendous practice he runs. I began being a patient of Ward/Byrne Clinic 30 years ago and continued on when they merged with Baltimore Dental Arts. Even though I had closer options, I felt comfortable with Dr Ward and continued to travel there. Coming in today changed my feelings towards this practice. In the absence of Dr Ward, Devon was summoned after I declined X-rays with the hygentist. Apparently, the ones they had on file were 4 years old. The best dental experiences of my life! I now look forward to going to the dentist as opposed to days of anxiety leading up the appointment. The office is clean, modern, has lots of windows and plants. The staff always greats me with a smile, recognition and joy in seeing me again. I’ve moved dental care for my whole family to the practice and recommend them to everyone who asks me about dental care.
Could not recommend BDA any more highly. Dr. Charlie is an excellent dentist and a wonderful guy, and the whole office is superb from hygienists to front desk staff. You won’t find a better dental experience.
Hands down the best dental experience I have ever had. The staff are professional and efficient. The techs are kind and gentle. Dr Conklin is a rockstar. I have some very specific dental issues and the entire team has gone above and beyond to help me. Beyond regular dentistry I am going through Invisalign. It has been seamless, pain free and it’s working so well. I can’t thank them enough for all the help they have given me.
