This is the best dental practice in Baltimore. They combine the best dental skillsets with warm patient care which is so rare in this area. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for your dental needs!
What an amazing experience I had! From the time I walked in and greeted with Valerie’s smiling face, to the time I made my follow up appointment, I was treated with nothing but respect and class. My teeth feel amazing!!! See you in six months!
Both Dr. Melody Ward and Dr. Charlie Ward are awesome at what they do. They genuinely care about their patients and it really shows in their work. They take the time to listen and make sure their patients feel really comfortable and understood. Also the hygienist Katherine is great.
Very arrogant attitude. Do not take a chance they'll correctly submit the insurance claim since they are out of network and get their money up front from the patient. Certainly has gone downhill since Dr. Murphy has left the practice.
I was very scared to find a new dentist upon moving to MD as I have anxiety with going to a dentist. Dr.Ward was referred to me by another colleague. He and his staff have been great not only for me, but for my 'even more nervous' husband. Kudos to all the staff there. Catherine my hygienist is also amazing and always has a smile on her face and makes sure I am comfortable.
