You'd love living here as much as we do!!! We've lived here for about 2+ years. The managers live here too and they're GREAT!!! If you have a water leak or your air conditioning quits in the middle of the night, all you have to do is call and they get out of bed and come to fix it right away. The rent is reasonable for the area. It's a good school system. It's a small town but still close enough to large cities for convenience. It's about 10 miles from Pickerington and about 15 miles from Lancaster and Buckeye Lake.

Much Better Checked out this place with a buddy of mine in the market for an apartment and liked it. The one bedroom we looked at was pretty good size, the carpets were nice, and it had all the appliances in the apartment. The manager seemed realy cool and we didnt see alot of kids toys and stuff outside and we didnt hear any noises or talking or yelling from the other apartments. The rent was reasonable, and the small grounds looked to be kept up pretty good, and it was better than the other complex located nearby
