This has been my credit union since 2005. They are always available for assistance when needed, and the staff are friendly and efficient!
Their "fraud center" is located in India and not helpful at all. They tell you in broken English they don't work for BCEFCU and cant actually help you beyond telling you some one else is spending all your money. I was very skeptical that I was actually talking to a "representative" of BCEFCU and that it wasn't a scam. I had to make her hold on, log in to my account, and verify everything she was trying to tell me before I could feel somewhat more comfortable.
Each time I have interacted with the employees, they have been friendly, helpful, courteous and professional.
I have been a member for close to 45 years. Would never think of banking anywhere else! Friendly and welcoming staff, no "BIG Bank" approach.!!
Baltimore County Employees Federal Credit Union is everything I need it to be and more. It's friendly, efficient, and more. I love depositing checks with my mobile app. It's nice to go there, but it's also great being able to do all of your banking without ever setting foot outside of your own home. I also find their website very easy to navigate, and I LOVE paying my bills through their website. Keep up the good work BCEFCU.
BCEFCU is a wonderful community partner to the Baltimore County Department of Aging. As a partner, they have supported many educational initiative's of the Department to enhance the quality of life of older adults and their loved ones. Further, BCEFCU actively participates in our Power of Age every year due to understanding the importance of staying active and engaged as one ages.

We've found it best to do all our banking at the BCEFCU. From checking to investment savings to loans and simply running in to cash a check, it's so much nicer to deal with friendly people, people that we know and who know us. Unlike Bank of America and other nationwide institutions, the credit union is by and for County people. Just being greeted by name as you step up to the teller window gives you a marvelous feeling that you're dealing with people who really care.
