What an experience. I should've just walked away when they made me wait 45 minutes just to open an account. It wasn't busy. I was the only customer in line. Someone finally helps. I set up the account. Ever since been unable to log into my account. I tried to use the "forgot my password" option. It won't let me and says to call the bank instead. I did. 3 calls went unanswered, 2 I was hung up on before anyone even said hello. I finally got through. Of course she tells me to just click on forgot my password and then implies I... read more
I can agree, since the change from BCFECU it has been a mess. The online banking page is a mess!!! Not a happy client. 2 stars is pushing it, truthfully.
There was an issue with paperwork from a previous loan. Karen L in the loan dept has been phenomenal to work with and has done everything needed to work it out for me. She has been great.
The representative named Todd was extremely rude and disrespectful and called me out of my name when i stood up for myself. Spoke to the person in charge who apologized on his behalf (Ed) however i still did not appreciate the disrespect especially when i have been a patron of this bank for nearly a decade. And i wanted an apology from the person who ACTUALLY disrespected me instead of someone coddling him and making excuses.
