Their loan advisors could be more thorough in explaining how loans, especially secured loans, work. My most recent issue is BCEFCU allowing a charge to process through Visa from my old debit card that BCEFCU had us replace due to a security breach back in March/April. It was resolved quickly but should never have happened!

customer service could be a lot better and going through a loan payment book is a little out of date should probably come up with the times
