Worse mistake I've ever made. So much to type that I won't even waste my time doing so. Just let be known, custom restoring work is TRASH. Only thing this place get slightest credit for is customer service is probably 3 star.
I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of mechanical or body work! Professional and honest (and family-owned), this is hands down the best place I have ever taken my car. I'll never go anywhere else.
This is hands down the best body shop in Baltimore! Their prices are very reasonable, their service is fast and excellent, their staff is friendly, and they are TRUSTWORTHY. In a world where we are always "nickel and dimed" as customers, I have always trusted them with their advice and they have always had my best interest in mind. I cannot say enough good things about these wonderful people and this wonderful body shop :)
What a great experience. I got into a minor fender bender, and about two minutes after the impact I was already dreading the experience of finding someone to fix my car. Of course, I also wanted to get my car fixed and back on the road as soon as possible. Long story short: I shopped around a little, chose Baltimore Body Shop, and am very glad I did. Okay, New to Baltimore... needed a Mechanic to take care of my Z4.. this is the place!! Just had every checked out.. I trust these guys.. they have a large enough staff there is NO waiting. Everything done with the personal touch. Just changed all my tires and had the brakes redone. Thanks to Dan (owner) and all of the staff (especially Sharon, front desk, Tim my mechanic ) they bend over backwards to get the best deal for you.
