I felt compelled to write a review for Baltic Insurance because they are so amazing! I just had them bind up my 3rd homeowners insurance policy and they are simply amazing! Daiva and Brian are very responsive- Easily reachable, call when they say they are going to call, friendly, knowledgable-they'll take their time to make sure you understand what is going on, coverage, etc. I had to put my first claim in because of the damage this past winter and they walked me through the process with the utmost level of customer service!... read more
