Crusty delightful pillows of heaven.
I've been a loyal customer for years and while I always commend the food, I'd like to send a shoutout to the hardworking ladies working at the front! I visited earlier this morning and it was still pretty busy. But the employees made sure to keep the display pastries fully stocked ad neatly arranged. And there were so many rude customers but the employees handled them with grace and hospitality. The best bakery🥐 There's always a line, but the taste is worth it every time. The almond croissant and canelé are the best in town with a perfect crispy exterior and moist interior.
Driving home I stopped at Balthazar & was warmly helped by VERONICA & SELENA two gals who clearly are an asset to the team! Truly amazing! PS the foods amazing as well!!!
