They don't answer the phone, they don't return calls.. Claim they are there to assit people in need, but they never reach back out. They called me because i was referred by school social worker for rental assistance, they told me to call back when we got the total costs... They haven't returned any calls, and now their voicemail is disconnected so you can't leave a message.
Went to an appointment to be helped.They said they would do whatever they could to help. And then ghosted me!!! Now i'm about to be living on the street with my five kids!!!!!! Smh
No consistent assistance and immediate support, even though appointment was placed, they rescheduled twice last minute with us without considering our situation and the immediate support we need. Super disheartening and I hope they can provide support to communities without that support feeling like it's out of reach.
