Went to an appointment to be helped.They said they would do whatever they could to help. And then ghosted me!!! Now i'm about to be living on the street with my five kids!!!!!! Smh
No consistent assistance and immediate support, even though appointment was placed, they rescheduled twice last minute with us without considering our situation and the immediate support we need. Super disheartening and I hope they can provide support to communities without that support feeling like it's out of reach.
These folks have been so hepful during and after covid, I'm waiting for SSD thry have kept me stable so I have a roof over my head and power. I dont know if id be alive if it wasnt fir their help. Thank you the kindness of their staff..deepest gratitude..
The two Somali girls were very respectful and nice. They always do the best they can.
