I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Attorney. During my initial consultation I was charged $350. After this, I made several attempts to contact the attorney with no success. My calls went unanswered, which left me feeling neglected as a client. Given the high fee I paid, I expected better communication and professionalism. This is why I decided to give a low rating, as I believe client communication is a key aspect of legal services.
I came to this office for my divorce and Enrique the lawyer was so helpful! I never thought it was going to be so fast and direct with the entire process. Very professional!
