NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! I blame the entire company because you know who you hired! I found a house to purchase. I allowed the person to become the dual agent on the deal. I put in my offer, it was accepted now let’s go. I paid to have the place inspected and there were problems which was fine because of it being an older place but I did not expect the foundation to be one of the problems.
