I am not a big jewelry person, so the few items that I wear every single day certainly get their wear. I have taken items to other jewelers in town only to have to wait long lengths of time to get back or when received, the work was unpolished or shoddy. I always have felt special when I started taking my items to Balser Jewelry. Repairs always look like new. I am very happy and will not go anywhere else now or in the future. Thank you Larry and Linda.

They are the best to work with!! I bought one ring and had two other rings made which turned out beautiful!! Great quality stones and settings!! I recommend them to all my friends and family. Glad they have two locations one in Vernon and one in Wichita Falls Texas.

Linda and Larry are fantastic! They are very communicative and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We ordered custom rings, and we were very pleased with the price, timing, and customer service!
