RecommendedBalsam Place is a community that is very well managed, maintained and safe. I love the amenities, the location and the people I have met here.
We needed to down size, sell our home of 43 years. I thought the transition from a home to an apartment would be hard. I was surprised, I moved from a home to another home. Balsam Place is my new home. People here are neighbors, not just people living in the next door. I cannot say enough about the amenities...pool, exercise room, etc. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom is spacious and sunny. We looked all over Massachusetts and New Hampshire, we are so happy we found Balsam Place.
