Run don't walk as fast as you can the opposite direction
As it's cold outside, one day we will have heat, the next day we don't. Most of us have to us our ovens to heat our apartment. Personality, I have an old vavle in my unit and was told they didn't know if they could even gind a replacement part. They don't shovel very well either.
