Absolutely amazing! Dr Hakim is the sweetest. Took time with my very nervous child and explained everything to her and calmed her down. Clean environment and the assistants are super pleasant too! Definitely going back. Great job!
I do not use Balsam Dental but my wife did until recently. We found that this office usually tries to change the time or date of an appointment shortly before it is scheduled to happen. We recently got a call on a Friday asking to move a Monday 2:30 pm appointment to Monday at 11:30 am. That was not convenient for us so we asked to leave it at 2:30 and they said OK. I would not recommend this place, hygienist we were assigned to was very rough and not delicate with the way she cleaned our teeth. Careless and not professional, no grudge just stating our experience. Xrays and equipment are outdated, needs a revamp.
Absolutely first class treatment. Staff are all very caring and professional. Best dentist I've ever visited.
