Water heater was leaking, got it replaced same day. No up sale pressure, good better best options were clearly laid out, everything was explained. Install was hassle free. Would definitely recommend Balos to friends, family, and neighbors.

It is incredible to find a plumbing service with an old school, personal touch these days. If you're sick of being gouged by impersonal, upselling conglomerates, then Balos is the plumbing service you are looking for. Called today and was able to get same day! All the work was completed in around 3hrs. Office staff is great and Robert is fantastic! Robert explained everything that was wrong and how he was going to fix it. Everything was fixed today and I have a working shower again. Highly recommend.
Robert, the owner of Balos Plumbing, did an excellent job installing our water heater. He was very friendly, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. He worked quickly, explained things clearly, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress free. We really appreciated the quality of his work and the great customer service.
