Having Balos Plumbing work on our house plumbing repipe was a great experience from end to end. Scheduling the estimate inspection and planned work was a breeze. Everything was explained well along the way and we felt comfortable and happy throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend Rob and his team to anyone needing plumbing service work.
Had Robert over for a quote to do some basic faucet and toilet repairs. Robert and team scheduled the appointment and I was informed via text when Robert would arrive. Repairs went seamlessly and we decided to have Robert install a whole house water filtration system. The installation was done in a very professional manner and the garage was left cleaner than when they arrived. Robert has excellent reviews which is why we choose them, and the reviews were all correct. Thanks Robert and team!!
We had an undermount sink that was not installed correctly by our builder and had started to drop. We had a difficult time locating a plumber who handled undermount sink repairs and found Balos Plumbing through some family members that had used them to install a sink for them. Robert came out the same day we called and immediately saw what the issue was and recommended a solution. Balos Plumbing helped us out with a busted outside water bib and service of our hot water heater. Excellent service with great communication on what the issues were how they would address the correction and followed through with exactly what they said they would do. The showed up on time and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. Every step of the way they showed us faulty parts, pictures, and explained how to not have the issue in the future. Highly recommend!
Great company - Excellent work and wonderful people to work with. I am so glad to have found Balos Plumbing. Found a leak under my kitchen sink and contacted Balos Plumbing from their web page. They were in touch the same day and scheduled to take a look that afternoon.
