Best dealership for customer service in Thunder Bay, I have owned, a Ram, GMC , bmw and a Toyota and hands down they are in a different league when it comes to the way the treat their customers. Dealing with Sam and Trevor was fantastic, they are all class and professionals.

Hands down the best dealership in Thunder Bay. I’ve dealt with ford, dodge, gm, chevy and now Acura. I guess saving the best for last is true in this case. Ryan W, Erin K & Sam L were great to deal with. They were all honest about everything and explained it all perfectly. They were all very friendly and made us feel at home.
