This place now looks good, great place to live. We bought our house & land through TPG Property Group and our house is completed in 5 months. School & college is in 5 minutes walk, Train station is 2km Shopping centre is 1.8km New hospital is just 1.2km Highly recommended.
Delayed over 30 months for settlement
We have had nothing but a good experience with this developer! Although unfortunately there have been delays with our land, our point of contact Gautam has explained the cause of each delay clearly. He is incredibly responsive to our emails and always responds the same day, if not the next day. The transparency of this company has made the process of buying our first block of land significantly less stressful and easy to understand. Would highly recommend! Thank you Gautam!!
Good luck for your purchase with this hopeless estate. Settlement delayed by 1 year. After the initial deposit for land sales team never replied back.
