Consistently positive experience at Balmoral.
I was needing any emergency check up during the weekend and I was searching around trying to find vacancies. I received a call back from Lin outside their work hours on a Saturday night and she was so helpful and managed to book me in for the following day! I was then met with more amazing customer service from Nicole when I arrived to my appointment and was well informed during my appointment with Dennis. The commitment from the admin team is like no other and I am definitely grateful to have found this clinic.
I have always had a big fear of going to the dentist, from previous bad experiences. Dennis and his amazing team do an excellent job in keeping you calm, and the professionalism is 5 star. I definitely recommend Balmoral Dental Clinic for any of your dental needs.
Extremely unhappy with the service I have received regarding my recent appointments at this practice. In multiple appointments I have been told that I grind my teeth at night which then requires me to have multiple filling fixed. Nobody has acted on this issue and only recently the dentist told me the practice can fit me with a night guard. This was not made apparent to myself when the issue was raised initially.
