My first time trying this clinic and I was so impressed with the staff, doctor and pharmacy. Was seen to and had my prescription in less than an hour. Dr Enyia listens and is compassionate!
The Doctor is great! IF you can get a hold of the office. I called mutiple times at different times of the day for mutiple days and sent mutiple emails. Still no response and im waiting on a Rx refill. Insanely unprofessional!
It has always been a great experience with staff members of Balmoral clinic from the receptionist to the Doctors. They all are amazing 🤩
