Where do I even begin... I had a terrible experience living here (only 1 year) due to the complete lack of communication from the regional property manager and corporate. Getting any kind of response or resolution to issues felt nearly impossible. The biggest problem, though, was the noise starting the 3rd day I moved in. Slamming doors, kids running and bouncing basketballs inside the unit below me and little to no consideration from the parents. This place is awful. Worst living experience of my life. Don’t live here. Bugs, loud neighbors, terrible management. Kitchen was old and gross. Could hear every single thing my neighbor below me did. Heat never worked and I froze every night during the winter. AC unit had mold in it and you could smell it whenever you turned it on. Windows and back door never closed right and you could always clearly hear outside because of it. Snow removal was awful. Property manager would just let himself in randomly, including one time wh... read more
