The least professional tradesperson I have met. They walked off the job half way through. I spend 2 months trying to contact them and get a return all. I had to get the work finished by another company. Then the owner turned up on my door expecting to be paid and displaying aggressive behavior. Stay away from them!
We recently engaged Balmoral Air to install a fully ducted system into our apartment. From the very beginning they were helpful and accomodating. No question was too silly and they were quick in working around our availabilities to install. Even pushing hard behind the scenes to get parts needed before the Xmas rush. We recently installed a Daikin air unit with Balmoral Air. Rem and Sue were highly professional, accomodating and their products and services well priced (shop around and you’ll see they are definitely less than others in the area). Straight off the bat, Rem knew what he was talking about. You can tell he’s done plenty of apartment installations so he knows what’s aesthetically best for homes around this area. Shoddy. Rem replaced the air conditioning unit. Following payment he failed to complete parts of the job. I discovered that Rem hasn't even bothered to install the cover over the electronics for the air conditioning unit - it was elsewhere in the roof.
