I recently purchased at a property from the original purchaser of a Balmain built property at the time of handover I noticed water damage along the skirting board in the main bedroom . I contacted Dino and I was immediately assisted with rectifying the issues , a plumber and plaster were sent out and all the affected areas where fixed and I couldn’t be happier . We purchased our place off the plan and have been very happy with both the quality of the construction and the way Balmain has managed the post-settlement support. Involving hundreds of owners settling over a relatively short period about 12 months ago, ours was the final stage of 5 in a build that took around 5 years. I have heard horror stories about issues and how hard it is to get the builder fix them. I was anticipating I would be one of those people who be liaising with builder for months to get the issues fixed.
