Balmain & Co make it very easy for you to submit a post build claim or issue. Straightforward form on the website and I heard from the contractor next business day. Shaun attended our site soon after contact was made and provided thorough assessment of the issue and gave us good advice

I recently purchased at a property from the original purchaser of a Balmain built property at the time of handover I noticed water damage along the skirting board in the main bedroom . I contacted Dino and I was immediately assisted with rectifying the issues , a plumber and plaster were sent out and all the affected areas where fixed and I couldn’t be happier . We purchased our place off the plan and have been very happy with both the quality of the construction and the way Balmain has managed the post-settlement support. Involving hundreds of owners settling over a relatively short period about 12 months ago, ours was the final stage of 5 in a build that took around 5 years. Their co-ordination of all that was really good and the whole thing was finished and ready fairly close to the estimated date of completion.
