The one word to sum up today is “Honest” I got my first diesel a 2022 ram 2500 so I’m getting used to some of the maintenance that a diesel needs compared to my 1500 . Anyway, the diesel particular filter gauge showed zero. I went to another diesel specialized repair shop and they begin to give me quotes on a new filter over $4k or an option of getting it cleaned for about $600. My goto shop for anything our diesels need. Fair pricing, great employees, great work. Highly recommend to all my friends with diesel trucks.
I added def to my fuel. Ralph did the needed repairs and got me back on the road the same day. He saved me between 500 and 12,000 over the dealership.
I have taken my F350 to Ball’z Diesel Specialist for a few years now. Ralph and the boys do excellent work at a fair price and stand behind their work. I trust these guys and won’t take my truck anywhere else for repairs.
