It's been a year that I own a ballymore home, their customers satisfaction is guaranteed, I am owner of multiple properties and bought most of them from the builders. I couldn't stop myself from adding my reviews when as a courtesy they fixed drywalls damaged by tenants not by 1 years home adjustment.
The drawings show the furnace in the middle, but actually it’s placed in a corner. The duct gets too long to reach the other corner of the house. By the time the hot air gets there it’s already cold. My primary bedroom remains very cold. Complained to the builder, they tried to fix but no improvement at all.
Balleymore helps me a lot to close my house. I really appreciate Jason's hard work. He is a very kind and professional person in the group. With his help, I feel much more easy and confident.I will close my house next week and look forward to move in this beautiful home. And I highly recommend Balleymore to the people who want to purchase a dream home. 5 stars home builder.
