I came in on a Friday morning right when they opened for a basic gel manicure and was the only customer in the salon the entire time. I was assigned to a technician who was an older gentleman and he struggled to get things set up for my gel manicure. I even asked the other technicians if he was okay, and they said he was, but they continued to watch him struggle without offering help.
