Horrible experience. Short cuts everywhere. Did not follow architect plans! A very expensive architect he recommended. Lots of missing can lights & electric outlets. HVAC promised. Nothing done there at all. Always a surprise with extra money for plumber which was in our contract (text). Never finished... leaving us with unsealed windows, no completed tile work, no use of clogged kitchen sink. Nice touch to have spit floating in it! Paint & stain issues galore. Kevin was the fourth company/quote we received for the work of replacing the fatigued, original, 108 year old wood beam running down the center of the basement of our American foursquare. In a weeks time, with good communication, new (up to code) pads were built for two new steel columns replacing six wood and lally columns, the temporary supports went up, the old beam came out the new steel i-beam went in and so did some needed joist blocking and sistering.
