Not even 1 start , they are no professional estheticians, they do t have any knowledge of the products they are selling or using. The owner was rude about my gift certificate I wanted to use to buy products They are not nice or polite when you enter the spa. Not even 1 start
Always have a wonderful experience at Bally’s salon. Sometime back I had got my full head highlighted and that was the best done ever by her and on 5th feb’26, she did hair softening and shining on my hair. The results are absolutely amazing and my hair look so healthy and lustrous now. Thanks a lot Bally for doing such a great job.

Me and my Mom absolutely looove coming here to get our hair and eyebrows done! Bally and all of the other ladies on staff are always soo sweet and welcoming and treat us so well. They always make us feel so pampered and right at home. They even gave us each a little gift bag for the holidays with little product samples, and gave some chai tea to my Mom that they had just made. I can’t imagine any other place doing that!
