I have never been more appalled in my life. This bank has allowed an online scam to steal thousands from me. Made me handle it myself without investigating with me, on my behalf THEN Upon compliance “review” I was denied getting my money back and this is beyond wrong. I am completely disgusted that a place that was my financial institution allowed multiple fraudulent transactions- over 5k-even when I provided photo proof I was being wrongfully triple and quadruple charged.
