Yes glass does sometimes break in transit – it’s GLASS. All shipments are fully insured and replaced for customer at no charge. & Glass is made based on info provided by customer – if customer provides wrong info (i.e. Sedan not Coupe) then glass won’t fit.
They sold my incorrect glass for my Packard and when I called them a guy who said his name is steve said fu@# you and hung up. I will never again use these incompetent jerks.
