My fiance and I barely came for the first time today. The lady in the front was very informative and clear when it comes to agreements. The area was clean and the prices were really good!
Well kept, and well run storage Facility. This place also has u-haul trucks. There are good spots for maneuvering large trailers in here as well.
I have to start off by saying that the property manager Daisy answered all of my questions ! I have had issues with other companies before, with not getting information as far as how the late fees work or how long prior do I need to let them know I’m moving out. Yet Ms. Daisy covered every base ! I left Nova Storage with probably one of the best prices in the HD.
Horrible reserved a uhaul and no one is here! Unacceptable.
They were great very understanding
