I’ve been a customer here for many years before it was Nova and let me just say this company has been increasing rent and renters insurance way too often and tenants can’t afford it I had two units and had to get rid of one of them because of all the increases it’s horrible and I still have to come every month to blow dust and dirt off of my stored belongings even though I purchased the protection blankets they want to increase things but not make the units more secure from dust and things getting inside the units to protect... read more
