I had a boat stored there for around 2.5 years and had no issues. Easy access in and out of the facilities. Close to I-75 makes for a quick drive north or south. The rental spots have a roof covering which helps. They also have power boxes that allow for batteries to be charged when needed. At the east side is water that help with spraying down some of the salt when needed. Great place. Highly Recommend it.
