We have already had a very pleasant experience with the leasing office and are very appreciative of all the help we have received with our apartment search.

Tim was patient and took his time going over all the information and was able to really identify my needs when selecting units to show me. I appreciated my time with him and look forward to leasing a unit he showed me!

I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the location and the pool. I also thought the gym was nice. Rooms need updating, and with local homeless population around, they need more security. My car was broken into in the garage and nothing was done because they have no cameras.

Great location between Lodo and RiNo It is hard to beat the location of the Ballpark Lofts. Head South and you are right in the middle of the Ballpark neighborhood and you can continue on to Lodo and the 16th street mall. Head North and you find yourself in the heart of the RiNo District, with plenty of breweries, unique bars, and excellent dining options. Ball Park Lofts The Ball Park Lofts is a great apartment building to move into right after college especially if you have a job in downtown Denver or the surrounding areas. The building is very close to the downtown nightlife and many post grads live at Ball Park so it is a great spot to meet new people
