I have been using Balloons to You for many, many years. The people have always been very kind, polite, and willing to assist me. When they have made a mistake in the balloons they have sent to me, they have always corrected the problem immediately with no hassle. They are the cheapest place I have found, and I think they are great!!

Leo, President, is very rude. Told him about a job that I wanted done. He basically laughed sarcastically and told me, "Hes done dealing with people like me." And then hung up on me. Horrible business owner! Do not do business with this company!
