Since 1989 Balloon Creations By Carolyn has served the entire Sacramento area and all surrounding cities. Mike and I started our business in 1989 delivering Balloon Bouquets. Quickly we added Balloon Decorating for every type of personal and corporate event. Great people, great supply of face paints, balloons, and other items needed to stock up for parties/events. Also have really helpful "jams" for both face painting and balloon twisting.
