Ballo Flex is the best, most flexible fitness program ever. It can be used by everyone, no matter the level of fitness or age! I have taught this for about 8 years, from corporate classes on a yoga ball to seniors in wheel chairs. BalloFlex is forever!
BalloFlex is the perfect fusion of music and motion. It’s great for everyone from 1 to 100 (and beyond)! I have been a certified teacher for many years.
