Called for an advisory appointment since we were new to Florida. Receptionist was very nice on the phone and gathered all of our info ahead of time. Said that an agent would call me back when available. Don Ballo called back and was rude and not helpful. Stated he was confused about what I needed. If I knew all of the answers I would not have called him.
