The Dr and regular staff are good, but they should tell you when you’re going to have a student instead of the regular staff. My twins had appts 20 minutes apart, yet the twin with the later appt. was finished 10-15 minutes before the other twin. So for the same checkup, one appt was 20 minutes, while the other was almost an hour. With the appt taking almost an hour, instead of the regular 20 minutes, my daughter was late for work. Never going back, and wouldn't recommend it.
Outstanding dentist Dr. Ballinger has the best technique of any dentist that has ever treated me. He does extremely good work, and I have never had any problems with any of it. He has given me good pointers on daily care, which have completely eliminated new cavities for me, and he devised a treatment that has delayed removal of my wisdom teeth for several years. My only complaint is that he plays country music in the office, and I'd rather have my teeth drilled than listen to country music. :-)
