Update: another compliment for Lukas who helped fix a problem I had with a wall switch and a new dimmer switch. Thanks to Tay for helping me writing this review! I want to compliment Lukas who did a great job putting in a dimmer switch into my kitchen in my apartment at Ballinger Commons. I had put in a work order in to turn off one my two lights in the kitchen because they were too bright. Lucas analyzed the problem and recommended putting in a dimmer switch which has worked out beautifully! Thank you Lukas. And Tay helped ... read more
What an outstanding experience from application, to touring, to move-in! I showed up for my tour with my head down facing a terrible case of identity theft and fraud. Having been rejected from previous apartments in Seattle because of the legal battle I’m being faced with, I was pretty demoralized and expecting the same fate here but lo and behold I wasn’t counting on meeting Matt! I lived here for 3 years. They keep increasing the rent to the point of making me and my family homeless. It is an illusion of fair housing.
My family and I are BLOWN AWAY by the great people and quick responses here at The Ballinger Commons!! Lucas in maintenance was respectful, down to earth, knowledgeable and thorough when we needed him most!! Thanks guys.
