I purchased the more expensive Yokohama tyres for their Road Hazard Protection Certificate. However, when we attempted to redeem this at another Tyre Power store it wasn't honoured - makes no mentioned in the T&C that it is only valid for select tyre power stores. When I tried to discuss this with Tyre Power Ballina, I was met with rude and defensive behaviour - I wouldn't recommend buying tyres from this business - and definitely don't get hoodwinked into buying the Yokohoma's for the Road Hazard Protection Certificate.
Friendly and helpful service, would highly recommend.
