My car got a puncture nearby , so being a regular customer, I pulled in to arrange a new tyre, it was about 8.00 am and there were no customers, I knew the tyre wouldnt be available but was prepared to get them to order one as i have before. Asked if he could change the spare and he said he couldn't get me in till 3.00pm. No customers, staff standing around drinking coffee, he noticed the vic plates and asked if I lived here.(lennox head and have bought at least 6 tyres on two cars).
