I can’t recommend Josh and the team enough. Over the past few years, they’ve helped me with so many things, from big issues to little fixes — and every single time, they go above and beyond. Josh and his team fixed an issue with the Diesel Particular Filter on my Pajero caused by another workshops negligence and lack of up to date knowledge. DPF,s can be a very expensive problem without the proper expertise, so I was quite nervous about trusting another mechanic with my car. These guys know their stuff and have the technology to handle this kind of complex job. The car is now perfect and they saved me a wad of cash. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
This Company is a joke they also trade under the name North Coast DPF Cleaning they do not answer the phones and do not return the customer's call so many voicemails I had left over a few days the staff there do not take any responsibility and are quick to pass the blame they also think that it's acceptable to laugh at their customer's this is a business that I would not recommend. The Owner Josh is also very Rude and cannot accept that himself and his staff need to do better.
Very upsetting interaction. They found further non-existent issues with my vehicle. I went to two different mechanics after to confirm the repairs listed were unnecessary. I was not offered any advice or assistance with my required repairs and was left feeling severely anxious, unheard and angry. This was my first time trying another mechanic as my usual was booked out. After reading the positive reviews I am overwhelmed with disappointment. Safe to say I will not return or recommend.
