When riding home to Canberra on my 2007 1200RT, just north of Grafton my bike suddenly developed a terrible noise. I had it towed to Ballina, where the team quickly diagnosed the problem. They booked my bike in for repairs, ordered the required part, and I then had to return to Canberra. The bike was repaired by the following Thursday, but I wasn't able to collect it straight away. I stopped in while passing through and needed tyres fitted ( that I had with me) — they had everything done the same day with excellent service. Highly recommend!
