Tried their top tier laser automatic wash option. Cool system but was totally not impressed with the results. I have a 2022 rav4 with a ceramic wax applied and most basic washes it comes out super shiny. This just left a haze of dirt. Oh well, gave it a shot!
Laser wash is rubbish. Had to wash our car again after using the most expensive program. Bugs and road dust still on the car. Waste of money. Use the hand wash instead.
Not the best. Time is wasted while previous selected product is cleared from the hose. Most operators factor this in to the time.
The staff member who approached me was polite, and I appreciate that. However, I felt a bit singled out during my visit. I was in the vacuum section for a little longer than usual, but there were a few others who had been there before me and were still cleaning their cars. She only came to speak to me and not to them, even though they’d been there much longer. It didn’t feel completely fair, and it left me wondering why I was the only one approached. I hope in the future, all customers are treated equally and consistently.
