Great showroom and very nice campers, be careful if you go there you will buy one.
We had a few minor repair issues with our Motorhome side window and contacted Karen at BCMC to see if they could help us out. We were invited to come straight over to their Service Centre and within minutes Ben ,the Service Manager ,had our issues fixed with no fuss and even replaced a broken part with our awning that we forgot to mention. We were so impressed and thankful for the service we recieved . Thanks Ben , Karen and Team.
So disappointed with the service at Ballina Campervans. Bought a frontline van and unfortunately the service from the agents here was so poor. Shame that you have to use this agent for QLD registrations
