Very disappointing stay. We paid extra for an executive room that included breakfast and dinner, but upon arrival we were given a standard room instead. The room was not clean and had broken furniture, which was far below what we booked and paid for. On top of that, we were then asked to pay again for breakfast and dinner, even though it was already included in our booking. When we raised this with staff, the issue was not handled properly. The front desk staff on 2 April was the worst service I have ever experienced. The old woman was RUDE!!!!
The staff at reception were friendly and helpful during check-in, which made the start of our stay pleasant. The grounds are average, and the facilities are quite tired and outdated. Both my friend’s room and mine had bug issues, so the resort really needs more regular and effective pest control. Room cleanliness was just okay, nothing impressive.
