We’re extremely disappointed with the communication we received. We contacted the team via email to confirm availability for Easter camping, as we were organising a large group booking and needed clarity before arranging deposits from everyone.At 11:54am, we were advised that there was availability and that confirmation and deposits were required to secure the booking. Amazing spot, amazing staff. The staff was very kind from the very beginning, allocating us to a vacant spot with more shade. We loved the walking distance to the beach, the pool and waterslide facilities, and the kitchen was pristine. Definitely returning!
Check in was easy due to group booking that a friend check in for us. Pool and waterpark were clean. Very quiet at night and no electric scooters racing crazy all day which was a lot safer for kids to ride bikes. I think we lefties scooters should be banned in park. One small annoying little was a creepy old man believed to be a caretaker watching our group all the time and approach our kids saying something which scared them off. As we caravan around we tend to book as we go and was very surprised with the location and hospitality from the staff all ammenities are new and a ferry trip to the big smoke was enjoyable. Highly recommended.
