I had a bad experience with my original realtor who would not communicate with me, she would give me excuses, and simply did not put forth the effort I needed and was looking for due to selling my house in phoenix and moving out of state. Not impressed with him when he was our realtor. Didn’t promote our house nor bring any potential buyers. We had it priced high so know that was part of the issue. After taking it off the market for a bit, we decided to relist with him again but didn’t want a sign put up. He took it upon himself to put a sign back up right before we had a yard sale.
