NEVER order from this Company, here is your warning. If i could give them 0 stars I would....this company is an absolute joke ran by a very disrespectful and lazy owner, with lazy employees. I have ordered products from this company for years and have had these products shipped to me for years. I ordered a full awning kit the beginning of MAY! Paid $12,000 up front and was told 4 to 6 weeks. After 6 weeks I was told they dont have drivers so I waited. After 8 weeks I was told they need to out more money on their truck....not... read more
Let's begin..placed order. Told 2 weeks to make and deliver. I live in Maryland 2 hours and 30 min from they're Penn location. Called 2 weeks later was told order was never put in and they had to put order in they were sorry..btw I already paid. Was told 2 more weeks. 2.5 weeks go by I call. I was told well sir our trucks our down and we only have a couple drivers..(which is it?) and order promised to be sent out that next week. Fast forward they arrive..incorrectly.
